Hi,
My team (“wera”) is showing the banner “wera has run out of credits”, which has disabled production deploys and Agent Runners. However, my Credit balance page clearly shows:
- 30 / 30 credits remaining
- Granted July 1, 2026
- Expires July 11, 2026
So there is no actual shortage of credits — this looks like a stuck/incorrect internal credit flag, not a real billing issue. I found several other users reporting the exact same symptom on the community forum (full or near-full credit balance, but deploys/Agent Runners blocked with the “run out of credits” message), for example:
- Production deploys and Agent Runners disabled with "has run out of credits" despite 29.7/30 credits available
- Free team shows "run out of credits" with 29.5/30 credits remaining — production deploys disabled
Could you please check my account and manually clear the stuck credit flag so production deploys and Agent Runners are re-enabled?
