29.4/30 credits remaining, but banner says run out of credits and blocks production deploys

Issue: Production deploys and Agent Runners are disabled with the banner “has run out of credits”, but my Credit balance page shows Ihave plenty of credits left.

Credit balance page shows:

  • 29.4 / 30 credits remaining
  • Granted July 10, 2026
  • Expires August 9, 2026

So there’s no actual credit shortage — this looks like the same stuck/incorrect internal credit flag that other users have reported recently (e.g. topics #164761, #164794, #164884, #164926, #164939, #164953, #164977 on this forum — all describing the identical symptom: near-full credit balance but production deploys blocked by a false “run out of credits” banner).

Could you please check my team’s account and manually clear the stuck credit flag so production deploys and Agent Runners are re-enabled?
