Hello,
My team “timotheeforget’s team” is showing the message “has run out of credits” and my production deploys and Agent Runners are disabled, even though my Usage & Billing page clearly shows 29.7 credits remaining out of 30 (billing period July 2 – August 1, which just started).
This matches a bug already reported by several other users recently on the support forum (an internal credit flag getting stuck/incorrectly triggered despite credits actually being available).
Could you please check and manually clear the flag on my account?
