Hi, my team “Audebasix” is showing the banner “has run out of credits — your projects may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.” However, my Usage & Billing page clearly shows 29.7 / 30 credits remaining (Free plan, 300 credits/month, granted July 6 2026, expires August 5 2026). I also received an email saying 30 “grace credits” were added to keep my live sites online, and that production deploys will stay paused until my billing cycle resets on August 4 — but this doesn’t match my actual credit balance page, which shows I haven’t come close to using my monthly allowance. I haven’t used any AI features (Agent Runners, AI Gateway) — just a few standard production deploys of a static HTML site. This matches several other reports on this forum with the same symptom (full or near-full credit balance but blocked deploys). Could someone from Netlify staff confirm this is the known stuck-credit-flag bug, and let me know when it will be fixed? Thanks!
