Production deploys disabled — "run out of credits" despite 29/30 credits available 2

Hi,

My team (“by-ryn”) is showing the banner “by-ryn has run out of credits”, which has disabled production deploys and Agent Runners.

However, my Credit balance page clearly shows:

  • 29/30 credits remaining
  • Granted July 8, 2026
  • Expires July 25, 2026

So there is no actual shortage of credits — this looks like a stuck/incorrect internal credit flag, similar to other reports on this forum (e.g. topics #164761, #164794, #164719).

Could you please check my account and manually clear the stuck credit flag so production deploys are re-enabled?
