My team “T&S” shows the “has run out of credits” banner blocking production deploys and Agent Runners, but the Usage & Billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon) for the current billing period (Jun 30 - Jul 29). This matches the known stuck-credit-flag bug reported by many Free plan teams this week.
