"Run out of credits" banner shown despite 30/30 credits available

Hi Netlify team,

My team “subscricaotoledo’s team” is showing the banner “[team] has run out of credits” with production deploys and Agent Runners disabled. However, my Usage & Billing page clearly shows:

  • Plan: Free
  • Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon)
  • Current billing period: Jul 2 to Aug 1
  • Concurrent builds: 0/1

There is no actual shortage of credits — this looks like the same stuck/incorrect internal credit flag that other Free plan teams have reported recently on the community forum (e.g. topics #164761, #164794, #164719, #164918, #164926, #164937, #164939).

Could you please check my team’s account and manually clear the stuck credit flag so production deploys and Agent Runners are re-enabled? Happy to provide the team ID or any other details you need.
