Hi Netlify Support,
My team is showing the banner:
“Running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30 credits available on the Free plan, with the current billing period running from August 9 – September 8, 2026.
This appears to be related to the known July/August 2026 credit-flag issue affecting Free plan teams.
Could you please check my account/team, reset the incorrect credit flag if applicable, and re-enable production deploys and Agent Runners?
