Run out of credits but in billing page still has 29/30 credits

Hi Netlify team,

My team “leonic06” is showing the banner “leonic06 has run out of credits”, stating that production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.

However, my Usage & Billing page clearly shows:

  • Credit balance: 29 / 30 credits remaining
  • Plan: Free plan (300 credits/month), effective from Jun 16
  • Current billing period runs from Jul 7 to Aug 6.

So there is no actual shortage of credits — this looks like the same stuck/incorrect internal credit flag that other Free plan teams have reported recently on the community forum (e.g. topics #164761, #164794, #164939, #164942, #164977, #165041, #165069, #165100).

This is currently blocking me from deploying updates to my production sites which are actively used.

Could you please check my account backend and clear the stuck suspension flag for my team so production deploys work again?
