Hi Netlify team,
My team “pablo-oliveri’s team” is showing the banner “pablo-oliveri’s team has run out of credits”, stating that production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.
However, my Usage & Billing page clearly shows:
- Credit balance 1: 99.7 / 100 credits remaining - Granted July 15, 2026 - Expires July 22, 2026

- Credit balance 2: 1,000 / 1,000 credits remaining - Granted July 15, 2026 - No expiration

- Auto recharge credits: Disabled
- So there is no actual shortage of credits - this looks like the same stuck/incorrect internal credit flag that many other Free plan teams have reported this month on this forum (production deploys and Agent Runners disabled despite a full credit balance).
- This is currently blocking production deploys and Agent Runners for my team’s sites (eureka-administracion, eureka-horarios, liceoeureka.com, among others), which are actively used.
Could you please check the account backend and clear the stuck credit/suspension flag for my team so production deploys work again?
