Free plan — "run out of credits" banner but 30/30 credits remaining, deploys blocked

Hi Netlify team,

My production deploys are blocked with the error: “Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added.” A red banner also says “Planning Flib has run out of credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, my Usage & billing page directly contradicts this: the Credit balance panel shows 30 / 30 credits remaining (granted July 4, 2026, expiring July 14, 2026) with a full progress bar.

So the banner says I am out of credits, while the billing page shows a full balance. This looks like the known stale “credit usage exceeded” flag affecting many Free-plan users since the July 2026 credit migration.
