Hi Netlify team,
I’m on the Free plan and my site is stuck with a banner saying “Account credit usage exceeded – new deploys are blocked until credits are added,” but my Usage & Billing page shows my credit balance is full ([X/30] credits — please fill in your actual numbers here).
This is blocking me from deploying updates via manual drag-and-drop deploy — no build step involved, so it shouldn’t be consuming build minutes at all.
I’ve seen several other reports of the exact same symptom on this forum from other Free plan users this month, so this looks like a known stuck-flag bug on your side rather than an actual quota issue:
- Free plan — "run out of credits" banner but 30/30 credits remaining, deploys blocked
- Free plan shows "run out of credits" but 29.9/30 available — production deploys blocked
- Free plan — stuck "credit usage exceeded" flag blocking deploys (30/30 credits available)
Could someone manually reset the flag on my account?
