Production deploys blocked — "run out of credits" despite 30/30 credits available (Free plan)

Hi Netlify team,

My team’s production deploys are blocked with the message “You’ve run out of credits. Your projects may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled,” but my Usage & Billing page clearly shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon next to the count).

This looks like the same stale credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan users this week.

Account details:

  • Team: aguspatino95’s team
  • Plan: Free
  • Billing period: Jul 6 – Aug 5
  • Credits available: 30 (shown with a warning icon)
  • Concurrent builds: 0/1

Could you please check my account and clear the stuck credit-usage flag so I can deploy again?

Hi, I have the exact same issue on my team “ProxiBât” (Free plan).

The banner says “ProxiBât has run out of credits” and production deploys
are blocked with “Account credit usage exceeded”, but my Usage & billing
page shows 30 / 30 credits remaining (granted July 10, 2026, expires
July 21, 2026). Billing period: Jun 21 to Jul 20.
