Free plan shows "run out of credits" but 30 credits available — deploys blocked

Hi Netlify team,

My team “Pulse” (Free plan, team slug: alireza-abouzar) shows the red banner “Pulse has run out of credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, the Usage & billing page clearly shows:

  • Credits available: 30
  • Current billing period: Jul 9 to Aug 8
  • Team created on Jul 9, 2026

My project “pulseiran24” (pulseiran24.netlify.app) is a small static site with a few lightweight functions. Production deploys from Git are currently blocked, although I have credits available.

This looks like the same credit-flag bug other Free-plan users created in early July 2026 have reported recently. Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable production deploys?
