Hi Netlify team,
My team (Free plan) shows the red banner “Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, my Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available, with the current billing period running Jul 16 to Aug 15. This appears to be the same stuck credit flag bug other Free plan users have been reporting in July.
Could you please reset the flag on my team so production deploys work again? Thank you!
