Hi Netlify team,
My Free team “ひなた” shows the banner “has run out of credits — Your sites may go
offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”
However, my Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available for the current
billing period (Jul 1 to Jul 31). I have not used up my credits.
This looks like the same stuck “credit usage exceeded” flag issue other Free
plan users have reported after the July credit migration. In my case the
blocked state has persisted for more than a week, so it does not seem to
resolve on its own.
Could you please manually reset the flag on my team so production deploys work
again? I only deploy manually via Netlify Drop (no CI builds).
