Free plan — "run out of credits" banner but 29.9/30 credits remaining, deploys blocked

Hi Netlify team,

My Free plan team (slug: paramukti2) shows the red banner “paramukti2’s team has run out of credits — your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, my Usage & Billing page directly contradicts this:

  • Credit balance: 29.9 / 30 credits remaining
  • Granted July 16, 2026 · Expires August 3, 2026
  • Progress bar shows full

All my projects are small static sites deployed via Netlify Drop (no functions, no Agent Runners, negligible traffic).

This appears to be the same stale “credit usage exceeded” flag that many Free plan teams have reported throughout July 2026. Could you please clear the stale flag on my account and re-enable production deploys?
