Free plan 'run out of credits' banner but 29.9/30 remaining

Evening Netlify team,

My Free plan team has run out of credits with a warning in red: “Your sites may go offline and production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.”

However, my Usage & Billing page directly contradicts this:

  • 29.8 / 30 credits remaining
  • Expires July 26, 2026
  • Granted July 15, 2026

I have a fairly simply site which is failing to fully deploy. The Preview Link looks great, but the URL its published on www.hideib.com is missing some formatting

This appears to be the same stale “credit usage exceeded” flag that many Free plan teams have reported throughout July 2026. Could you please clear the stale flag on my account and re-enable production deploys?

Same issue here. Site: TunisiaEdu (tunisiaedu.netlify.app), Free plan,
account created Jul 4 2026. Billing page shows “Credits available: 30”
but production deploys are blocked with the same red banner. I also
received an automated email saying the full monthly allowance was used
and 30 “grace credits” were added — which seems to be part of the same
stale flag, since the site barely uses any build minutes (drag & drop
deploys only, no CI builds/functions).

Could you please clear the stale flag on my account and re-enable
production deploys? Thank you.
