Production deploys blocked by "run out of credits" — 27.4/30 credits available (Free plan)

Our production deploys are being skipped with “Skipped due to account credit usage exceeded”, but our credit balance is not zero — the billing page shows 27.4 / 30 credits remaining.

            • Why I believe this is the known July 2026 issue
          • Several Free plan users have reported the same pattern since the July credit migration — a stuck “credit usage exceeded” flag while credits are still available. For example:
        • • Free plan — "run out of credits" banner but 30/30 credits remaining, deploys blocked
          • • Production deploys blocked by stale "credit usage exceeded" flag — 29.9/30 credits available (Free plan)
            • • Free plan — "run out of credits" banner with 30/30 credits available, production deploys blocked for over a week
            • What I’m asking
          • Could you clear the stale flag on our team so the remaining 27.4 credits can be used? We have a finished set of changes waiting to go out, and a single production deploy would cover it.
        • Also, two questions so I can plan properly:
      • 1. With the banner active, does an already published site keep serving normally, or will it actually go offline? The wording says “may go offline” and I need to know the real behaviour, since this is a client-facing site.
        2. 2. Do deploy previews (non-production branches) still work while the flag is active, and do they consume credits? The plan description says previews are unlimited.

I’m experiencing the same issue on another Free-plan team.

• Team: topspot4077

• Current billing period: June 30 through July 29

• Dashboard shows: 30 credits available

• Banner says the team has run out of credits

• Production deploys are disabled

• A production update has already been merged into the main branch and is waiting to deploy

Please include this team in the investigation and clear the stale credit-usage flag so the available credits can be used for the production deployment.
