This means the DNS records in your screenshot are not working. The settings for the authoritative name servers for a domain are at the registrar (which I’m showing is http://www.openprovider.com/ for this domain). Netlify cannot fix what is happening at the registrar as we have no control over their systems. You need to troubleshoot this with the registrar as the issue is there.
I have a problem with my DNS, a previous teammate registered it and now it says that it is associated. although I already deleted it. I already added the verification link to tiendasurtymas.com

@hrishikesh @Melvin kindly look into it. am facing the issue – earlyrift.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team. i have addded the txt record and value is one of the site i deployed in my netlify profile
The domain should now be available to use.
Could you help me delete the DNS zones for following domain names, which were registered to a different Netlify account which I no longer can access?
