thanks for writing in. I don’t see a txt record for this domain. I see the following:

The SOA record is returned when the requested record is missing. This is also clarified by the ANSWER: 0 in the response meaning there is no answer to the DNS query.
You can also test if the DNS record is working using a web based interface like the one below:
https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#TXT/verified-for-netlify.legitshots.com
That page above currently says: " Record not found!"
Would you please double-check the DNS record and let us know when the link above works?

Appreciate your fast response, we were able to delete the DNS from the previous account and then it worked as expected.
I’m having the same issue with handongryong.com I removed the domain from the account I was using and withdrew my ID, but it says the domain is already in use, I added TXT to it. Please help me solve it.
@eastdraconis I’m not seeing a TXT record for that domain:

Do you have access to the old team where the domain is in use @ahmed.m.eng.br? If you do, remove the domain from the project and and team (if using Netlify DNS) then you can add it to the new project.
You already did what?
Does this mean the domain was using Netlify DNS? Did you remove the domain from Netlify DNS on the Team’s Domains Page?
