Domain already managed by Netlify DNS on another team — requesting release

I’m trying to add rmdeveloper.com.br as a custom domain to my project (team: rmdev, site: jazzy-taiyaki-ca04df) but I get the error: “rmdeveloper.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

I own this domain (registered at registro.br, DNS currently hosted on Cloudflare). I believe this is from an abandoned/failed attempt on a different account and I no longer have access to whatever team created that DNS zone.

Could you please release the orphaned Netlify DNS zone for this domain so I can add it as a custom domain to my current project?

I’m happy to verify ownership via DNS TXT record if needed.
