Hello Netlify Support,
I’m trying to add my custom domain tainaraphotos(dot)com(dot)br to my Netlify project, but I’m getting the following error:
“tainaraphotos.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I recently purchased this domain through Registro br and I’m the legitimate owner. I don’t have access to the team/account where the domain is currently registered on Netlify, and I need it released so I can add it to my current project.
Could you please release the domain from the other team so I can add it to my account?
