Problem:
I’m trying to add my domain helenoalvesbc.com.br to my current project (helenoalvesv3.netlify.app), but I no longer have access to the old Netlify account where this domain was previously configured.
I am the rightful owner of this domain, registered at registro.br (Brazil’s official domain registrar). I have already removed the Netlify nameservers from my domain at registro.br.
I would like to request that this domain be released from the old DNS zone so I can use it on my current account. I’m ready to add the TXT record verified-for-netlify with this forum post URL as the value, as described in the support guide.
