Unable to verify My identity and reinstate My Netlify account

Hi there, I’m trying, but I can’t seem to make an account.
When I initially chose to log in using my GitHub account, I got an email saying to “verify your account.” Still, all it shows is that “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”

I then attempted to register using my email, but I never got a verification email.
i mailed to support@netlify.zendesk.com
My case with Netlify Support (326030): I sent a screenshot of the issue I’m having with Netlify Support (326030). I have yet to receive an answer. Would you kindly email the link again? Or what’s the answer?
