[Support Guide] HELP! I can't login to my Netlify account!

Are you having difficulties logging in or signing up for a Netlify account? Guess what you’re in the right place! There are usually two reasons why this happened:

  1. You recently signed up for our platform you were automatically marked as spam in an effort to crack down on fraudulent behavior.

  2. You engaged in spam or fraudulent behavior. Please view our terms of service which outlines expectations for use on our platform.

How can you resolve these issues if one of the following has happened to you? Please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Fill out a helpdesk ticket here
  • When asked “What kind of help do you need?” Please select login/signup
  • Submit the form

A member of our fraud and abuse team will get back to you shortly! If you do not hear back from us within 2 to 3 business days please create a thread and mark this category as Admin so our support team can escalate your query to the intended party.

Take a look at the screenshot below. You will need to select signup/login otherwise your ticket will be closed. From here fill out the remaining details.

I’m facing the same issue, my two production sites got down suddenly and no notice and nothing I got.

@justhanzala Posting here isn’t the way to receive help, submitting the ticket is.

I’m aware you’ve submitted the ticket, so now you just wait.
