Thank you so much, @SamO ! They contacted me and gave me a procedure to unlock my account. Everything worked perfectly, and my problem was solved. A huge thank you for your help  Kind Regards, Steph

Hi, I am yet to receive a response to my complaint, would really appreciate help, Thanks.

i only use my account as testing for my website project for my school material and the next day cant login anymore, please help me fix this problem , stripe verifier doesnt work anyway also this is my email … stpaultic2014@gmail.com Thank You

@Michael001 I’ve re-sent you an identity verification email, you should be able to follow the prompts to verify your identity

@SPTIC I’m not seeing any blocks on your account, are you still having issues logging in?

@sid.m @SamO My account just got blocked and it’s quite time sensitive issue as some of my regularly used projects are hosted on my netlify account. I’m trying to verify but can’t get a link. My email is Josephedoh77@gmail.com

@sid.m @SamO please it’s really time sensitive and important I get my account back. Just to point out. I had already opened up cases 254749 and 254757 with support, before and after I tried to use the automated verification process respectively.

@blockyJ It looks like you were able to resolve this in our helpdesk, if you have any follow up questions feel free to raise those in that ticket!
