Can't sign up to netlify app

hello
i want to deploy an angular app so i tried to sign up and connect with Github account but I am unable to log in
i got this error : Authentication Error Authenticating failed due to the following error: We already have a registered user with this email address. Log in to connect your GitHub account.
so i have search for another solution …i tried to log in with email adress but it says
We have suspended this account due to suspicious activity. To quickly reclaim this account, please take a moment to verify your identity before using Netlify.

About identity verification

This is a necessary step to protect our systems and the web community against fraud and abuse.

  • Your identity information will be verified by Stripe
  • We never store the identity information submitted through this process on our systems
  • Stripe does keep a record that we can access in cases of abuse

I tried to provide my identification document but it’s not working.
i don’t know how log in or why i’m banned …i’m using netlify for the first time .
any suggestions please ?

i don’t why i’m just trying to sign up …i have never use netlify before and I have not done any fraud

Luckily, you should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. Please view a list of acceptable documentation for your country here. If you are not prompted to do this please submit a support ticket and mark the reason as “signup/login”.

If you do not want to verify your ID you can bypass this step by signing up for a Pro tier account.

I am a Bangladeshi & i am a student. I am 18 now but i don’t have “Trade License, Government Tax Document”. How twill i prove that i am genuine user. Please help me to solve this.

I am a student, lives in Bangladesh. In my country the acceptable verification Document are Trade License and Government Tax Document. I don’t have this. I am using Netlify on my brothers account. Please accept my request. Give me the access to login. it will helps me a lot.

Hi, thanks for writing back in. Can you fill out a ticket here and mark the issue as login/signup so our fraud and abuse team can take a look? Then provide me the email you wrote in with and I can escalate accordingly.
