Today is my first time creating an account on netlify. I decided to sign up using github, and allowed netlify to authenticate me using github but when i try to sign in, it gives me an authentication error stating that the github account already exists, when i try just the email and password, it states that there is no such account. I have tried to sign up and log in again but it is still the same. At this point, I am not even sure if I have an account or not. I even got an email from github stating that a third-party oauth is trying to access my account but when i click the link for more information, chrome literally stops each time.

You should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. Please view a list of acceptable documentation for your country here..
If you do not want to verify your ID you can bypass this step by signing up for a Pro tier account.
Exactly how am i supposed to verify myself via stripe? What am i to do? I have looked at the acceptable documents for my country and I have it ready, how do i upload it? Exactly what am i to do?

I got the email, i went through the processes and uploaded the front and back images of my drivers license which clearly has my photo, name and age, and yet after all that all i get is a message stating “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.” I have tried it twice now and it is still the same. What am i supposed to do now?
Hi, in this case please fill out a ticket in our helpdesk and mark the issue as signup/login. Our fraud and abuse team will take a look.
