Hiiii… I want to create an account for netlify but I got this error in the process of verifying my account: “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account” . Additionally, I encountered an error : " Authentication Error Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account. How do I resolve this issue please? My email is temanportofolio@gmail.com

Hello @SamO,

I have the same problem: Stripe has not validated my identity, yet I provided a valid ID. I signed up with my GitHub account and was then redirected to Stripe to upload my ID. It wasn’t validated, and my e-mail address (the one associated with my GitHub account) was blocked by Netlify.

Could you help me?
My e-mail address is steph.d3v@pm.me.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

PS: I would like to point out that I have already tried to contact verifyid@netlify.com (ticket no. 243953). In return, I received an automatic e-mail telling me to go to the forum.

Hi, I am having issues verifying my identify after mistakenly moving out of the initial identification page, each time I try to return back using the verification link provided in the email sent to me, I keep getting the same message “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”,

i only use my account as testing for my website project for my school material and the next day cant login anymore, please help me fix this problem ,

My account just got blocked and it’s quite time sensitive issue as some of my regularly used projects are hosted on my netlify account.

I’m trying to verify but can’t get a link.

please it’s really time sensitive and important I get my account back.

Just to point out. I had already opened up cases 254749 and 254757 with support, before and after I tried to use the automated verification process respectively.
