Hello, I have a website www.tvoscar.com, but I had hosted it here on Netlify and deleted my old account, it stayed in the DNS area. I made a new account but I’m having trouble adding the same URL. “It says that www.tvoscar.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team” if possible you exclude from the DNS zone I will be grateful!

So we can verify ownership, please verify domain ownership and let us know by responding here when that’s done. If the verification is successful we can remove the domain from the other account so you can use it on yours.
every time i access http: // tvoscar. com i get redirected to https :// tvoscar.netlify.app//
but the problem is that i no longer have access to that hosted account because i delete the old user, i would like you to remove the dns zone and i connect my domain with another hosting that i have done here.

I checked and the old access is tvoscar.netlify.app, but I want you to delete everyone that is linked to my account to start over, my old and new email are the same, you can consult the database. Note: I deleted the old account and the new one I couldn’t get access to DNS. I just want it to exclude from the DNS zone.
Hi, I understand your request and I apologize for the delay. Did you follow the instructions outlined here? I cannot locate a txt record for that domain.
