Hi Netlify team,
My team “hohoplay” is showing the banner “hohoplay has run out of credits”, which states that production deploys and Agent Runners are currently disabled.
Our Usage & Billing page shows 29.8 / 30 credits remaining (expires August 14, 2026), and AI inference usage shows 0 credits — we have never used the Agent Runners / AI coding agent feature. So there is no actual shortage of credits. Both creating new projects and deploying updates to existing sites are currently blocked.
This looks like the same “stuck credit flag” bug that several other Free plan users have reported recently on this forum.
Could you please check our account and clear the stuck flag so that production deploys work again?
