I own the domain on godaddy and can confirm this subdomain is not attached on any other netlify site.

Netlify site name: profitpilotglobal.netlify.app
Custom domain: global.profitpilots.co
Error: Another site is already using this domain

That is the reason for the issue.

You cannot use (last I knew) a parent domain (e.g. profitpilots.co) and sub-domain (e.g. global.profitpilots.co) on different accounts. To use global.profitpilots.co you will need to add it to the same account as profitpilots.co.

There is a feature request to change this behaviour.
