In the last week or so, I imported a project from my Github repository, and after importing and deploying it successfully, when I refreshed the page Netlify asked me to log back in, which I did, but when I logged back in the picture happened
I’ve been sending feedback to [Support Guide] HELP! I can't login to my Netlify account! for about a week now, but have been slow to receive a reply, but the most recent reply is that it asked me to come to https://answers.netlify.com/ to post feedback, which is a regular reply. But now you are asking me to go back again, I don’t quite understand it
I’ve never contacted this specific support team, but I’d imagine it would be fairly slow.
The Netlify team operate during their business hours and the thread itself mentions “2 - 3 business days”.
My past experiences with Netlify support took 48-72 hours for responses.
Was it a human that asked you to do that, or was it just a stock standard automated reply?
The only way that I’m aware of to deal with that specific team is as you’ve been doing.
In the thread linked they mention posting on the forum if you don’t hear back, but I believe that’s just a simple way to try and avoid anyone slipping through the cracks.
I’m getting an automated response, I’ve gone through a number of feedback channels and have always received an automated response, I’ve also added to what I’ve replied to in my email, but it’s still an automated response. That’s why I came to the forum to post
I’d personally expect a human response after 2-3 business days.
If that period has passed from filling out the relevant form, then you’re right to chase it here.
@SamO Any insight into what’s occuring for @Shinex?
Whenever I provide feedback, I always receive such a standard email. In previous feedback (which may have been 10 days ago), I also provided screenshots and more explanations, but my issue has never been resolved.
hi thanks for reaching out! I can see that we responded to your email on Saturday. Can you please respond with the requested information on ticket #302016 OR #303364?
When I replied to #303364, I received the same fixed response again, but this time with the number 304778.
I don’t know if there are really people who have seen the feedback I provided; it would be even better if it could be resolved
