My Netlify account got disabled for no clear reason, and I’m honestly not sure why. I got an email asking me to verify my identity, but when I tried doing it on mobile, it was super laggy. Then, when I switched to my PC to try again, I got this message: “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.”
I’m really confused about what’s going on since I didn’t do anything that should have caused this. Could someone help me figure this out and get my account back?
@nathanmartin I already submitted a support ticket but haven’t received any response yet. How long does it typically take to hear back? I’m just hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible.
