My account have been suspended for literally no reason

My netlify account have been suspended for no reason, and it is by now flagged, i have reveiwed the netlify forums support, and I’ve saw so many people had there account flagged for not reason, they did nothing.

There is some potential reasons for that

  • Some kind of attack is happenning on netlify.
  • Security automated system haves a problem
  • There is some employees that don’t want netlify to grow

My account have been flagged for no reason, this is the email i’ve recieved:

They gave me nothing in this email unless disappointing news.
I think closing my account is not fair, i was just deploying and seeing the function log, i did not even try to login to my account, and i had no mistake in my password. it was logging in just by clicking login button.

I did not do any fraudulent behavior, they are saying that, and banning my account for the “fraudulent behavior” thing, am just a *** web developer why would i make “fraudulent behavior” while i need netlify services?

If your support and watching this, please help, at least give me access to download my data, or just talk to the support, you have left no way for me to explain my self.

My public IP address is black listed, i don’t know why, what do i do?

They have unlocked my account, it seems that there were an error

If you did not do any suspicious thing, then you can try to reach the fraud and abuse team or contact support.

I just treid to login by using id github say error, Try login with email get already suspended, I haven’t used it all , then my account was blocked:(

Hi, can you please try and login with your email and submit an appeal or you can fill out a helpdesk ticket (please select login/signup) as the reason for help. Support

Hello dear Sam,
I’ve just created my netlify account 1 day ago and my account got suspended when I was verifying my email. Is this is the service you provide. Even I have submitted an Identity proof for verification and account restoration but then also it’s showing not able to release your account. Please help me out @SamO @Mdorsi

Please do unlock my account and review it thoroughly
