hello. my account was suspended today and my sites were taken offline. I don’t understand why. is there anyone i can speak to about this? i tried to appeal it, but it seems like i just got an automated response. i’m new to using netlify. please advise. thanks.
I want to second this post. I just had the exact same thing happen to me. I have no idea what policy I have violated and was given no explanation. I have multiple live sites that are now down as well as emails.
I would greatly appreciate some help or clarification. Maybe there is some automated detection that is having false detections? I have no idea, looking to get some explanation or way to reactivate my account.

This happened to my account today too. I hope there is a way for support to help us here. I emailed support and just received the same automated response.
