I cannot log in to my Netlify account

Hello Netlify Support,

I cannot log in to my Netlify account.
When I try “Log in with Google” or with my email, I always get this error:

“Authentication Error: We already have a registered user with this email address. Log in to connect your google account.”

There is no option to reset the password, it directly shows the login page.
I already tried incognito mode and clearing cookies, but nothing works.

Please help me restore access to my account.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know.
