Hello Netlify Support,
My Free plan team is unable to make production deploys.
Team slug: tarig
Billing period: August 22 – September 21, 2026
Credits shown: 29.3 / 30 operational credits remaining
My dashboard says:
“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
The remaining credits are labeled Operational credits, and I cannot use them for production deploys.
This appears to match the known issue affecting Free plan teams where production deploys are paused despite operational credits being available.
Could you please check my team and reset the stuck credit/limit flag or re-enable production deploys?
I have attached a screenshot of my Usage & Billing page showing the current credit status.
