Hi Netlify team,
My team (cristin-y-esteban) is on the Free plan and shows the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 30/30 credits available, all labeled as “operational credits.”
This looks like the known operational-credits flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently.
