Hi Netlify team,
My team “arka935’s team” is on the Free plan. The dashboard shows the banner “arka935’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: Aug 10 – Sep 9
- Credits available: 30 (with warning icon)
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently, where production deploys are blocked even though the credit balance still shows a positive number.
Could you please check my team and reset the flag so production deploys work again?
