Hello Netlify team, My team “ihpa2026” is on the Free plan. The banner says “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 27 credits available (billing period Aug 2 – Sep 1) and Concurrent builds 0/1. My last successful deploy was at 10:15 PM and all new production deploys are now blocked. This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug affecting many Free plan teams.
