My team “jjportservices” (Free plan, billing period Jul 18 – Aug 17) is showing the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but Usage & Billing shows 29 credits available and Concurrent builds 0/1.
This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable production deploys for this team?
