Hello Netlify team,
My team “DuongNhieu” is on the Free plan. The dashboard banner says:
“DuongNhieu is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused. The remaining balance is from operational credits that help keep your sites online and can’t be spent on production deploys or Agent Runners.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free
- Billing period: Jul 27 – Aug 26
- Credits available: 30
- Concurrent builds: 0/1
Site affected: plasdata (plasdata.netlify.app)
Last successful deploy: today at 3:34 PM
This looks like the same July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams recently, where production deploys are blocked even though the team still has a full credit balance.
Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team? My site is still live but I’m unable to push new updates.
