Hi Netlify team,
My team is stuck on the Free plan with the banner:
“[team] is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, my Usage & Billing page shows 30 credits available, and clicking “Try again” on the Production deploys panel still returns:
“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”
This matches the known credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently, where the monthly credit grant (300/month) doesn’t seem to have been applied correctly, leaving only a small operational balance that can’t be spent on deploys.
Could you please check my account, correct the credit grant, and re-enable production deploys for my team?
