Hi Netlify team,
My team “itoshohei0531’s team” is showing the banner “itoshohei0531’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 27 credits still available (with a warning icon next to the balance).
This looks like the known July 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by many other Free plan teams this month, where production deploys are blocked even though the team still has a remaining balance.
