Hi Netlify team,
My team “JK Team” (Free plan) is showing the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”.
My Usage & Billing page shows:
- Plan: Free (300 credits/month)
- Current billing period: Aug 29 – Sep 28
- Credits available: 30 (with a warning icon)
This looks like the known stuck credit-flag bug that many other Free plan teams have reported. I have made very few production deploys this cycle, far below what would exhaust 300 credits.

Could you please check my account and reset the flag so production deploys work again?
