Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan. The dashboard banner says “running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” but my Usage & Billing page shows 30/30 credits available (billing period Aug 6 – Sep 5) and Concurrent builds 0/1.
This looks like the known July/August 2026 credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently, where production deploys are blocked even though the credit balance shows full.
Could you please look up my team via my account and reset the stuck flag to re-enable production deploys? Thank you!
