Hi Netlify team,
My team “Victor AI” (Free plan) shows the banner “now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”.
My Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available (billing period Sep 4 – Oct 3) with a warning icon, and Concurrent builds 0/1. My published site is still live, but I can’t deploy to production.
This looks like the same stuck credit-flag issue that other Free plan teams have reported recently. Could you please check my team and reset the flag (or restore the plan credits) so production deploys work again?
