My team (arianaasmotta’s team) is on the Free plan and shows the banner: “arianaasmotta’s team is now running on operational credits. Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, the Usage & billing page shows 30 credits available (with a warning icon), and the current billing period runs from Sep 12 to Oct 11. Concurrent builds show 0/1.
This matches the known operational-credits flag issue reported by other Free plan teams recently. Could you please check the team status, reset the flag and re-enable production deploys?
Affected sites: raizes-intervencao, raizes-intervencao-oficina, mentoria-soma-pitch.
I have an in-person event in October that depends on these sites, so I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution.
